We want every piece to fit your wardrobe perfectly. If it does not, our concierge handles the exchange end to end.
30 Days to Exchange
You have 30 days from delivery to request a size exchange. Reach out to our WhatsApp concierge with your order number and the size you would like to swap to — our courier partner collects the original piece from your doorstep.
Condition of the Piece
Pieces must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Footwear must be tried on indoors only. Any alteration, damage or missing tag means the piece cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned piece passes our studio inspection. Allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Sale & Final Sale Pieces
Archive pieces and items marked Final Sale in the admin catalog are exchangeable for size only and are not eligible for a refund.
