Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to decline an order — for example when a piece is out of stock or a pricing error is detected — and will refund you in full.
Pricing & Currency
Prices are shown in the currency selected in the storefront header. All prices include applicable taxes where required; import duties for international deliveries are the responsibility of the recipient.
Intellectual Property
All product photography, editorial copy, patterns and designs are the property of Salman Nasir (SMC) Private Limited and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes handled by the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
