Every order is prepared by hand in our studio and handed to a tracked courier partner. Below is the full breakdown of how, when and where we deliver.
Dispatch Times
Orders confirmed before 2 PM GMT are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed during a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces display their own lead time on the product page.
United Kingdom
Standard tracked delivery is complimentary on orders over £80 and £8 below that. Orders reach London and the South East within 1–2 working days and the rest of the UK within 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
United Arab Emirates
Complimentary express delivery on orders over AED 400 and AED 35 below that. Deliveries to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah land within 1–2 working days via Emirates Express Courier.
Pakistan & Rest of World
Domestic orders ship via TCS Air Express and typically arrive within 24–48 hours for Lahore and Karachi, and 2–3 business days for all other major cities. International orders are shipped with DHL Express; any duties are settled by the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking reference is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned by the courier. You can also paste your order number on the Track Your Shipment page at any time to see the latest milestone.
